Hot shot trucking involves the expedited delivery of goods or freight, often for time-sensitive shipments. This typically involves using smaller, more maneuverable trucks to transport loads quickly.
2. What types of cargo do you transport?
We transport a wide variety of cargo, including construction materials, vehicles, equipment, machinery, and other time-sensitive goods that are not temperature-controlled. If you have specific requirements, please contact us to discuss your needs.

Though we are based in Florida, we provide transportation needs in any state within the U.S.

5. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If you cancel your transport services at least 7 days in advance, you will receive a full refund, including the initial deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will receive a partial refund, not including the initial deposit. (If you paid with a card, your refund will be less the 4% card processing fee.)
6. How can I track my shipment?
We can provide real-time tracking updates for all our shipments. Just give us a call to see where your shipment is.
7. What should I do if there’s a problem with my shipment?
If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact us immediately. We’re here to assist with any problems and ensure your cargo is handled properly.
8. What are your payment terms?
We accept various payment methods, including ACH/Bank payments, credit/debit cards, and cash. Checks and money orders are not accepted. Payment details and terms will be provided during the booking process and/or in your final invoice.
9. How do I schedule a shipment?
To schedule a pickup, give us a call (850-480-9815) to check current availability and provide details about your cargo, preferred pickup and drop off times, and pickup and drop off locations. After you’ve paid your deposit, we’ll arrange the logistics for you.
10. Are there any restrictions on the size or weight of cargo?
Yes, we have specific size and weight limits for our trucks. Your loads cannot exceed 51 feet long, 8.5 feet wide, 8.5 feet high, or 50,000 pounds.
11. What kind of trucks do you use?
Our experienced drivers operate heavy-duty flatbed and gooseneck trailers, ranging from 30′ to 48′, specifically designed to handle your load with precision and reliability.

13. Can I make changes to my booking after it’s been confirmed?
Yes, changes to bookings can be made based on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any modifications and avoid potential delays or additional fees.
14. What safety measures do you have in place?
We prioritize safety with routine maintenance checks on our trucks, compliance with industry regulations, and training for our drivers. We also ensure our cargo-securing equipment is in compliance, including all straps, chains, tie downs, protectors, tarps, etc. Our goal is to ensure the safe and secure transport of your cargo!
